The St. Paul Pioneer Press is reporting that QB Brett Favre is scheduled to meet with Dr. James Andrews tomorrow to make arrangements for shoulder surgery to repair a partially torn bicep in his throwing arm.  Reports are that if the surgery is successful, Favre will join the Minnesota Vikings for training camp and serve as their starting quarterback for the upcoming season.
